McFee Medical Technologies accepts the following credit cards:
One (1) week minimum rental charges and any additional shipping charges will be billed to the credit card on file prior to shipment. If you do not have a credit card you may pay by debit card, check or Money Order for the full amount before the equipment is shipped. The rental unit(s) will be shipped to arrive at least two (2) business days before day of surgery, if time permits; rental begins on date of surgery. All Rental fees will be charged to the patient prior to submitting any insurance claims for possible reimbursement. All insurance claims submitted on behalf of the patient are ultimately the responsibility of the patient. After 90 days, the credit card will be billed for all outstanding amounts including co-pays and deductibles. A signature on file is required for submitting your claim.
All units must be returned to McFee Medical Technologies in good condition, allowing normal wear and tear. The patient has two (2) business days from the last day of use to contact UPS for a next business day pick up or to return the equipment to a UPS location. If the unit(s) is not returned within this time the remaining balance of the “purchase price” (less the rental fee) may be charged. Please contact our office to make arrangements to end your rental. If the order is cancelled after the units have been shipped, a cancellation fee of $45 per box (plus the current fuel surcharge) will be charged on all packages, and the difference will be refunded to the credit card on file. You have up to one day after surgery to call; if you receive equipment after your surgery date, you have one day from after the date received to cancel. If you call after the one day the full week minimum rental will be charged. A cleaning fee of $100 per box will be charged to the credit card on file to the patient for any Non-Smoking equipment returned with the odor of smoke.

McFee provides easy-to-use and versatile equipment including, but not limited to, the EZ Sleep Body Cushion, Quicklock Face Rest, Crescent Face Cushion, Rollover Alarm, MajicView Mirror, Travel Cushion, Seated Support, EZ Chair Seated Support, and various accessories and attachments (the “Equipment”). The Equipment is not a medical device. Any information that you receive from McFee shall be considered general non-medical advice and may not apply to your individual circumstances. You should consult your registered physician or health care provider regarding the use of any of the Equipment, including its suitability for your individual circumstances. If you have certain medical conditions or are prone to certain medical conditions, including related to the positioning inherent in the use of the Equipment, you should consult with your registered physician or health care provider prior to use. McFee, together with its agents and affiliates, and on behalf of any assumed names they may operate under, expressly disclaims any warranties related to the Equipment, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any opinions expressed related to the Equipment are subjective and not warranties as to the Equipment. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the sole and maximum liability, for any reason, and the sole and exclusive remedy for any cause of action whatsoever against McFee (including any of its agents and affiliates), shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the Equipment.
